Coordinator – P.I.
Martine Ceberio:
Martine Ceberio received her PhD of Computer Science in June 2003 from the University of Nantes, France. She joined UTEP in August 2003 as a visiting assistant professor, and as a tenure-track assistant professor in August 2004. Her areas of interest are centered around numerical constraint solving, and include (but are not limited to) interval arithmetic, optimization, soft constraints, and their applications to real-life problems.
PhD student(s):
- Xiaojing Wang: fuzzy measures, extracting fuzzy measures from sample data, constraint solving and optimization, applications
Master’s student(s):
- Christian Del Hoyo: constraint solver
- Angel Garcia: global optimization
- Joel Henderson
Undergrad student(s):
